FAQs
Will my upcoming appointment be affected?
Appointments scheduled before Monday, 23rd February will take place at our current location. Any appointments from the 23rd onwards will be at our new address.
Where do I park and which entrance should I use?
Please use the front entrance when you arrive. There's street parking available at the front of the property, and we also have parking at the rear if needed.
Is there wheelchair access?
Yes, there's accessible entry at the front of the building.
Will there be any delays with my documents or ongoing work?
During the transition period, we'll have limited availability for phone calls and emails, but we'll be back to full operation once we're settled in. All document processing and reviews will continue as normal.
Are your phone numbers or email addresses changing?
Not at all. You can still reach us on the same numbers and email addresses.
